What Are The Manufacturing Steps To Follow While Making Women’s Cloth Assurance?
Making women's clothing is one of the biggest challenges that most manufacturing units and fashion houses encounter. If there is a slight mistake, the entire dress will get ruined, and you won't be able to circulate them in the market. This is why you need to follow a proper manufacturing process for women's clothing to achieve the best results.
In this article, we have shared some insights into the entire women’s clothing manufacturing process with which you can establish both high quality and quantity.
Getting raw materials
The first thing you need to work on is the raw materials. From different fabrics to yarns, thread rolls, sewing machines, needles, and other materials need to be collected so that you won't have to worry about delays in the production process later on. While gathering the raw materials, you must ensure that your chosen vendors or suppliers are trustworthy and reliable. They must offer the best products but at an affordable price so that you can easily manage the manufacturing and production budget.
Based on the clothing designs, a layout needs to be prepared. In earlier days, the layouts are cut out from cardboards. But as the process is time-consuming and isn't efficient for creating complex designs, most manufacturing units use software to complete the entire design. Post scaling, the prints are taken, and then they are used to mark the layout on the fabric.
Marking and scaling
You need to cut down the fabric yarn into multiple pieces having the same dimensions. Now, place these pieces one above the other in the form of layers. Keep the layout over the top fabric piece and mark the outline. Once done, you have to place pins along the border to ensure that the fabric units won't construct while cutting.
Use sharp, long scissors that can easily cut multiple fabric places without putting too much strain on your hand. Follow the path of the pins so that you won't make any wrong cuts and ruin the entire stack of fabric units. For cutting difficult sections, use extremely sharp scissors to create smooth cuts.
Printing and embroideries
The next step is printing on the fabric units or doing the embroideries. Printing can be done in many ways, like block printing, press prints, etc. Press prints are usually done for larger images, while block prints are more precise. Embroideries also need to be done at the same time. It can be done through stitches, patchworks, and so on.
The main step of manufacturing women’s cloth is sewing. First, all the bigger pieces are sewed together using the matching thread. Once the framework is done, the small units are stitched until the entire structure is obtained. It is during this time that the tags are attached.
Laundry and pressing
The clothes are then washed properly to allow the fabric to shrink before they can mark the size. After this, ironing is done before the clothes are packed and shipped to the desired location.
In the above description, we have explained the entire process to follow for manufacturing women's clothes with high-quality construction and the latest designs suggested by the fashion houses.
