Every establishment has a responsibility towards its employees and to its surroundings as a whole. We, at Cheer Sagar, believe that what goes around comes around. We consistently do our bit to help make the world a better place. The importance of Corporate Social Responsibility cannot be stressed enough.

Our Satya Foundation regularly organizes blood donation and health check-up camps in the industrial area to help the ones who need it the most.

In addition to this, we partake in labor training and job placement programs organized under government schemes. On various occasions we have offered our factories and resources to train and place hundreds of unemployed young adults looking to shape their future. CSR is a big responsibility and we understand what it means.

We take our corporate social responsibility sincerely and we do our bit to give back to our employees and industry. We believe that it is important to help and support our workers and their families in any small or big way possible.
Through Cheer Sagar’s Satya Foundation, we regularly organize blood donation camps to help and support our workers, their families, and the people around us in the industrial area as well. Not just support, blood donation also helps an individual boost his/her confidence by doing something good for society. From our directors to our watchmen, everyone participates and looks forward to donating blood in our blood donation camps.

From blood pressure checks to full body checkups, we make sure our employees and their families are healthy and safe at all times. Our health check-up camps benefit all those who cannot afford regular costly check-ups. Considering the changing world, it is important to take care of one’s health and state of mind at all times.
